Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. of Wiser's De Luxe
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge (or sweet vermouth)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry
Directions
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice, stir, and garnish with a cherry.

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz. Wiser’s Special Blend Whisky, top with mix and stir.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz. Wiser’s De Luxe Whisky, 6 torn mint leaves, and 5 oz. of lemonade. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries and mint sprig.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces of Wiser’s De Luxe Whisky, 6 ounces clamato juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, Worchester Sauce to taste, splash of hot sauce and a dash of freshly ground pepper. Garnish with a pepperette and celery stalk.

Fill a tall glass with Ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces of Wiser’s De Luxe, 5 ounces of cold ginger beer, 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, Garnish with more fresh lime.

Directions
Take a maraschino cherry, skewer with a toothpick and roll in fresh cracked black pepper. Serve whisky in a shot glass as shown. Next, pop the cherry in your mouth, chew, then down the shot!

1 Teaspoon Superfine Sugar

Pour 1/2 oz. lemon juice over 1 teaspoon of superfine sugar in to a short glass and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 11/2 oz. Wiser’s De Luxe Whisky. Shake briskly and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry.
